Shaamlie brings over 23 years of experience across some of the world's most demanding financial institutions — Nomura, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Morgan Stanley — where she held senior leadership roles spanning COO, Business Management, and operational strategy across India and global markets.
SWYN is built on a belief she developed from that work: the most valuable leadership is often needed at a specific moment, not on a permanent basis. She created SWYN to give Indian companies structured access to the kind of senior operating judgment that typically lives inside large institutions — without requiring a full-time hire to unlock it.
